1. Overview

Field Task is an enterprise workforce- and field-task-management application. It is intended for the employees, technicians, and managers of the organizations that use the system (the "Organization" or "Employer"). Your user account is created for you by your Organization's manager, who provides you with a username and password.

This policy explains what data we collect through the application and service, how we use it, with whom we share it, and how we protect it. It applies to the Field Task Android application and its accompanying web service.

2. Data We Collect

Account & identity

• Username, full name, role/permission level, and your organizational affiliation.
• Password — stored only in hashed form (Argon2id); we never store plaintext passwords.
• Phone number and contact details, where provided by you or your Organization.

Location data (precise & approximate)

The app collects the device's GPS location, including precise and approximate location. Location is collected also when the app is in the background or the screen is off, to support the core function of the system — proximity-based task assignment, tracking of field work, and worker safety. Background location is used only after you grant explicit device permission, and an ongoing "foreground service" notification is shown while tracking is active.

Camera & photos

• Photos you capture through the app to document tasks, units/equipment, and field findings.
• Files and documents you attach to a task.

Device & technical information

• Device model, OS version, app version, device identifiers, and phone state.
• IP address, network/Wi-Fi state, and technical logs for diagnostics and security.
• Notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) used to deliver push messages.

Work & activity data

• Tasks, statuses, symptoms, solutions, items, remarks, and signatures you enter.
• Working hours and time-clock data, where used by your Organization.

3. How We Use Data

• Authentication, secure login, and permission management.
• Assigning, managing, and tracking field tasks and computing efficient work routes.
• Showing worker location to managers for operations, coordination, and safety.
• Documenting work through photos, statuses, and remarks.
• Sending operational alerts and messages (push, and sometimes SMS).
• Generating reports, diagnosing issues, and improving and securing the service.

5. Data Retention

We retain data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service to your Organization, for reporting, and to meet legal obligations. Location and work-documentation data are retained according to your Employer's policy. Upon termination, data is deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law.

• Encrypted transport over HTTPS/TLS.
• Passwords hashed with Argon2id; session- and token-based authentication.
• Per-organization and per-user access control, and short-lived signed file links.
• Request rate-limiting and protections against unauthorized access.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access your data, request its correction, request its deletion, and restrict its use. Because your account is managed by your Employer, the fastest way to exercise these rights is to contact your Organization's manager. You may also contact us directly using the details in the "Contact Us" section.

Account & data deletion

To request deletion of your account and its associated data, contact your Organization's manager or send a request to support@isrcorp.co.il. We will delete your personal account data subject to legal retention obligations and to data your Employer is required to keep for record-keeping and reporting.

8. Children's Privacy

The app is intended for organizational use by adult employees only. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

9. Where Data Is Stored

Data is primarily stored and processed on servers in Israel. Some service providers (such as Google) may process data on servers in other countries, subject to appropriate safeguards.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
